The Day I made new friends..

toady has been a crazy but fantastic day.. IMPACT Concert with Parachute Band!! it was a blast! and thank God! the whole sanctuary in woodlands was packed!!! all the way to the fourth tier and overflow room! God is great!.. well the day was also marred by some last changes which were frustrating but above all wanna thank God that everything went out well.. 33 SALVATIONS!! woohoo! and the amazing thing was when libby huira ask the choir to sing on stage along with them! although we didn't have the mic but it was fantastic.. the spirit of God really flooded the place and the hearts in the sanctuary.. when we sang songs like all the earth and complete, the whole church sang their hearts out.. all in one voice! i felt the different kind of joy.. the joy of praising God.. together with the church.. and at the finale the speedlight band led the final praise to the King... though we went without the electric guitar and bass due to certain difficulties with the technical. felt so sorry for kyaw pine, jonathan, alvin and valerie. sorry guys but i believe God saw your praise and worship through your preparation in your heart.. love you guys!

after that there was an autograph session with the band. many people queued up and took photos.. and after that had a good meal with the band.. made new friends.. learned alot from them. had many laughters too. though we just met last wed but your warmth and friendliness and the love for God and the people touch my heart.. Wayne, Libby, Julia, Julian, Ritz, Simon, Mark, Brad, Darryl and Dax.. really nice meeting you guys! God bless your journey back to NZ!!

next year IMPACT 2007 will be better! thank God for this wonderful priviledge to serve Him in this manner.. thank you! How great is our God!
