C.I.A Speedlight Camp 2005

It was fabulous! those who did not go will surely regret! thank God for everything and all the programs went so smoothly! there's just simply too many things to thank God for! firstly for the auditorium.. thank God nobody drove us out cause by right no religious events are supposed to be held there! thank God! and also for all the services.. God's presence was so strong right from the first service till the last! Yes and esp the last service! the N.O.W (Night Of Worship)! it was really a time of celebration and a time where the people really gave their all to Jesus.. some of them even received the gift of tongues too! Praise the Lord! and we just worshipped the Lord for almost 3 whole hours! and wanna also thank God for healing me of chest pain during the service.. it hurts even when breathing but He healed me at the end of the service! Thank you Lord! Will always remember everyone just lifting up their voices and singing The Anthem at the closing song.. God UNited US!!!

the theme for the camp was on holiness and conviction.. i pray everyone will live each of their lives in holiness and purity and in conviction.. Praise the Lord for all that He has done.. i pray also the Speedlight will never be the same again..

Dillon Guo Zu En.. that's Shawn and Lydia's boy's name! when to visit them at the hospital today! HE'S SO CUTE!! and handsome too like Shawn and he has natural Armani! hehe.. got quite a lot of hair and it stands like armani! handsome right? hehe.. thank God that the baby is healthy.. went with joey and bought them chicken essence and a duck bathing sponge!! when you press it IT QUACKS!! i immediately told myself that i must buy that for Dillon! haha... the first toy from UNcle Dougy.. haha...

then met alvin, shimin and chiu mian to get the ties for the choir.. thank God we manage to get the ties and the colors.. 23 ties for $77.70.. nice number yeah.. hehe.. well hope the choir likes it and look good in it this sunday.. can't wait for this sunday.. and tml's prac too! though pretty stress about the musical but excited toO!

My sunday..

well sundays has always been great.. this morning though was busy preparing for the service but still manage to go visit Lynn and David's cell at golden pines.. seeing David and Lynn leading a cell really reminds me when i was leading mappies.. haha and julia at times will come and visit the cell.. now its my turn to visit.. David was sharing about the power of God and faith to the members.. after that i spoke to them about faith and relationship with God.. just felt a prompting to share something and impart something to them.. shared with them that in order to have faith, we need to first have a relationship with God.. no point having head knowledge faith.. we as Christians must have a faith that comes from relationship with God.. i hope they grasped what i'm trying to say.. cause really in my heart i pray that each and everyone of them will have a close relationship with God..
Speedlight worship was good today.. Yong bin led the worship.. today prac we did the musical.. its so fast! can't believe it that this coming sunday is the noise we make musical! can't wait for it.. but must keep on praying... as i was praying before the prac.. i was saying that the greatest gift we can ever give God is not the musical or the talents that we have but the souls that walk into the kingdom of God.. so we must keep praying! and bring friends to the event!
After prac went with Rachel, Charity, lInda, and Flannery to find the ties for the choir and musicians..
its been a long and tiring day but i still love Sundays.. someone will definately agree on that with me.. hehe.. well This is the Noise we make.. the noise of celebration.. Jesus birthday is coming real soon!

A night with the beautiful people..

hehe.. went out dinner tonight with my leaders @ fishermen village.. gave them a treat.. lewis, salome, rachel, lynn and david were there.. we ate 20 sticks of chicken satay, 10 sticks of beef, one plate of pineapple rice, one plate of silverfish fried rice, 12 BBQ chicken wings, one stingray..quite a lot right? haha.. and salome was still hungry! hehe.. actually me too.. haha.. had a good time chatting and getting to know them.. talking about cell group and stuff.. but the sweetest thing was that they bought for me a gift! they bought a bag for me! SO SWEET right? sigh so touched.. they are just so lovable leaders.. hehe.. and they got me cookies too.. haha.. God bless the hearts of these beautiful leaders..

Those were the days.. 10 years ago..

just went to meet my primary school friends whom i've haven't met for 10 years for dinner @ NYDC holland village.. i didn't regret going.. had such a great time chatting and laughing and its like we have not laugh and chat for ten whole years!! it was so fun.. we didn't even feel weird even though there's no contact for ten years.. miss the times we spend in school.. those carefree days.. nothing to worry about.. then we started to bring up the past memories.. so nostalgic! and to our surprise we remember quite alot of stuff too! would definately love to meet up with them again.. time really flies.. ten years just gone in a flash.. but God has been so good..
