No Compromise..

just came back from practise today... man was tiring but so fruitful.. managed to tie everything down already and we're rearing to go for it! Singapore Street Festival here we come!! please do come to support k? for the 1st of june i dunno what time it is.. we have to go there and draw lots! so funnie one.. so if we draw early i think we get to go perform earlier.. but it's somewhere from 6pm to 10pm... we're doing shelter house and adding a music interlude which is totally funky and groovy with a mix of rock, funk, latin and spanish in it.. please do pray for us k? thanks!

Liverpool 3 AC Milan 3 (Liverpool wins 3-2 on penalties)

what a game! what a comeback! my goodnesss... Liverpool won!!! HAHA!! what did i say in my earlier posts? Tha Liverpool will win the European Champions League CUP!!! Still couldn't believe it.. didn't want to watch the match as i was super tired after being out the whole day and had only 3 hours of sleep in camp the previous night.. but still decided to watch the match.. all it took was 52 seconds to shock my mind.. AC milan scored.. heart sank to the deepest oceans! shocked and perplexed man! but i still decided to stay on to support the team whom i've supported since 1990.. AC milan scored another two more goals before the half time and its goodnight to me... off the TV and went to bed with a heavy heart of disappointment..

5.35am...... Kenneth msged me: Liverpool won! 3-3 at full time and they won 3-2 on penalties! what a comeback!

i was still half awake when i read the sms.. i thought Kenneth was joking.. till i went to check the results on my phone thru GPRS.. i couldn't believe it!! Liverpool won!!! amazing!!!

i was ecstatic thruout the day and i guess every liverpool fan would.. but i guess there's a lesson that everyone can learn from both teams last night...

1) AC milan depended too much on their ability and looked down on Liverpool.. But Liverpool depended on their guts, faith and determination..
--- sometimes in life we depend too much on our abilities or what we are capable to do.. that we lost the dependance on God.. when we depend too much on our abilities we'll lose one day just like AC milan.. we should depend on God.. the faith that He gives and the determination..

2) Liverpool didn't give up despite being down..
--- sometimes things dun seem right or go our way.. but we mustn't give up.. esp for revival in speedlight or church.. everyone must not give up.. even when we fall, we should not give up.. Liverpool needed a miracle and we must not give up in order for a miracle to come.. so whatever happens in life.. dun give up on yourself and on God.. GOd will always make a way..

Test Time and another heart breaking news..

OKie went down to get another date for my advanced theory.. and here it is!!

Must remember the time!!!

so ironic.. now its really 3.30pm.. and the heartbreaking news? my instructor finally said that i am ready already and can book for my driving test!!! Ah!!!! so sickening!!! if i took and pass my advance today i would have got a driving test date during july!!! i can't wait for my driving liscence.. how i wish i can just get it without sitting for the test.. sigh..

Dumb Dumb Me!!

Oh GOd!!! how could this happen??!!! so dumb of me!!! what happen? well i miss my advanced theory test cause i got the wrong timing!!!!! Oh man!! felt like a complete fool!! as if someone played a stupid joke on me!! or rather i played a stupid joke on myself!!!! i kept thinking it was 3.30pm cause i read the wrong receipt!! but it was 10.15am!!! when i came home from camp at 1.30pm.. i thought i was still early.. then dunno why decided to check the receipt one more time to confirm.............. my blood frozed.. my heart stopped.... my eyes saw the impossible... Argh!!!

Sianz man.. this is worse than failing the test! went to check out the next date online.. July!! so long!!! which means i have to renew my PDL which expires in 16/07/2005 and will cost another $25 and delay my TP!!! argh!!! sigh...

anyway.. tonight's the Champions League Final at Istanbul.. Liverpool on the cards for me.. just crossing my fingers..

Star Wars and my nemesis?

Yesh!!! at last i manage to watch the show star wars!! didn't thought there'll be tickets but there is!!! hehe.. went to Great World City.. place with alot of fond memories.. watch it with my parents.. and met irene there after her gym!! well the show was not bad indeed... action aplenty.. lots of light saber fighting!!! well that ends the saga of star wars.. anyway.. met irene and serene for some lakopi session after that at Spinelli!..

on my way home.. saw someone who looks like my long lost pen pal.. but couldn't confirm as the train was too crowded.. but she looks like the one from every angle i saw.. oh well maybe i saw the wrong person.. but as i was walking home i met jamie and marina!!! what a coincidence! marina is back from US.. well she still the same old marina.. laughing loudly as ever haha..

met so many pple today.. by coincidence.. well dunno whether i was right about my penpal.. maybe its just like meeting my nemesis.. haha.. well i dunno what i'm talking about now..

tml gonna be a fun day in church.. can't wait to play for the praise and worship service.. esp sheltered house!!
